Players

MenuBusiness → Players (业务 → 打手管理)PermissionPlayers/Certifications (打手/认证)

Maintain your club's players. You cannot add players directly in the admin console: after a user submits a skill certification in the mini program and it is approved, the user automatically becomes a player. See Certification Review.

Player list

  • Search: by player nickname / phone number.
  • Filter: by status, Active (正常) or Disabled (禁用).
  • The list shows the player, phone, today's orders, wallet balance, total income, deposit, rating, level, commission, certified skills, status, and actions. If a daily order limit is set, Today's Orders (今日接单) is shown as "accepted/limit".

Manage a player

Click Manage (管理) for a player to open the player management dialog, which has 5 tabs:

Basic info

You can change the avatar and edit the nickname, phone number, gender, status (Active / Disabled), player level, bio, and sub-merchant ID (the player's WeChat sub-merchant ID for independent settlement), then click Save Basic Info (保存基本信息).

The Player Level (打手等级) field appears only after you add levels in Club Settings → Player Settings (打手设置).

Skill certifications

View each of the player's skill certifications, along with its status and validity period:

  • For an approved certification, you can Change Validity Period (修改有效期), leaving it empty for permanent validity, or Revoke (撤销) it;
  • For a revoked certification, you can Restore Certification (恢复认证).

Skill services

View the services this player has added. You can edit a service's name, price, unit, and description, or delete the service.

Deposit

View the current deposit, the payment time, and the deposit records. Click Increase Deposit (增加押金) or Decrease Deposit (减少押金), enter the amount (yuan) and a note (required), and submit; a decrease cannot exceed the current deposit. The player is notified after the change.

Player tags

Add or remove tags for the player. Tags must first be created in Player Tags.

Note

  • To set a player's status to Active, the player must have at least one approved skill certification.
  • After a skill certification is revoked, all services under that skill are disabled; if the player has no other approved certification, the player is automatically disabled.
