Step 4: Start Operating ​

Set up players and products, then officially start accepting orders

Once your WeChat Mini Program is live, complete the basic setup in the order below, and you can officially start accepting orders. Each item has a matching guide in Tutorials.

1. Set up the payment channel ​

Go to Club Settings → Payment Channel (俱乐部设置 → 支付通道) and complete setup through Fill In Details → WeChat Review → Sign & Activate → Start Collecting Payments (填写资料 → 微信审核 → 签约激活 → 开始收款):

  • Choose the entity type: personal (micro merchant, no business license), individual business, or company;
  • Upload a photo of the ID card or business license, and the system automatically recognizes the document information and fills it into the form;
  • Fill in the super administrator information and the settlement bank account, then click Submit Merchant Onboarding Application (提交进件申请);
  • Wait for WeChat's review, then follow the on-page prompts to sign the agreement. Once activated, the page shows Payment Channel Activated (收款通道已开通) and your merchant ID, and funds are settled to your account automatically on a T+1 cycle.

2. Set operating rules ​

In Club Settings, configure the settlement mode, player deposit, skill certification validity period, commission rate, order acceptance limits and player levels, as well as toggles such as tipping. After making changes, click Save Settings (保存配置). For details, see Club Settings.

3. Add games and design the home page ​

  1. In Games (游戏管理), click Add Game (添加游戏), enter the game name, upload the game logo and set the sort order.
  2. Click Configure Home Page (配置首页) for that game to open the visual page builder. Drag widgets such as the carousel, quick links, player showcase and product showcase onto the phone canvas, then click Save (保存) for the changes to take effect.
  3. In Pages (页面管理), set the theme colors and the tab bar (TabBar), as well as the content of the privacy policy, user agreement and onboarding agreement.

4. Configure order forms and products ​

  1. In Forms (表单管理), click Create Form (创建表单) and set the information users must fill in when placing an order (such as game ID and nickname). You can set a surcharge on fields.
  2. In Product Categories (商品分类), add categories (optional).
  3. In Products (商品管理), click Add Product (添加商品), select the game, the product type (Companion Service / Items & Gear / Game Account) and the form template, enter the price, and then click Save and List for Sale (保存并上架).

5. Recruit players ​

  1. In Certification Review (认证审核), click Add Game Certification (添加游戏认证) and set the information to fill in for that game's certification (such as current rank and screenshots).
  2. After a player submits a skill certification in the mini program, review their information in the Certification Review list and click Approve (通过) or Reject (拒绝). Once certification is approved, the user automatically becomes a player.
  3. In Players (打手管理), maintain players' profiles, levels, deposits and tags. You can view the skill services that players add in the mini program, and change their pricing, in Services (服务管理).

6. Set up staff and customer service ​

  • In Staff (员工管理), add Administrator or Staff accounts. Staff accounts can see only the menus they have been granted permission for.
  • In Customer Service (客服中心), reply to messages from users and players.

7. Start accepting orders ​

  • After a user places and pays for an order, follow up on it in Orders (订单管理): Assign (派单) Companion Service orders that are awaiting acceptance, Deliver (发货) Items & Gear and Game Account orders, and you can also Complete (完成) or Cancel (取消) orders.
  • View income details in Finance Center (财务中心), and review players' withdrawal requests in Withdrawals (提现管理).

After launch ​

  • View business data: Dashboard (数据看板) shows today's orders, today's revenue, the order trend for the last 7 days, the order status breakdown and more.
  • Update the mini program: when the platform releases a new version for all clubs, the Mini Program Updates (小程序更新) page shows New Version Available (有新版本可用). Click Update Now (立即更新) and submit it for review. If needed, you can also roll back to an earlier version in Version History (版本历史).
